The patient, Mustika, 23, from Galang District, gave birth to her second child via C-section after 41 weeks of pregnancy. The procedure was necessary due to breech presentation and reduced amniotic fluid.

RSUD Bangun Purba plans to enhance primary services, including physiotherapy, special needs child care, and hemodialysis facilities. The Deli Serdang government aims to upgrade RSUD Bangun Purba to a Type-C hospital by 2028–2029, ensuring basic healthcare services meet community needs.
