INTEGRATED HAJJ TRAINING 2026: 562 pilgrims from Deli Serdang participated in the Integrated Hajj Training 2026 at the Deli Serdang Government Administration Building.

DELI SERDANG | INDATANEWS.COM ~ A total of 562 pilgrims from Deli Serdang Regency participated in the Integrated Hajj Training for the year 1447 Hijri.

The event, held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, was organized by the Deli Serdang Hajj and Umrah Office at the Balairung of the Deli Serdang Government Building in North Sumatra, Indonesia.

The Regent of Deli Serdang, Asri Ludin Tambunan, emphasized through Hanip Fahri, the Expert Advisor for Society and Human Capital, that the Hajj pilgrimage is a rare and significant opportunity, one that is not granted to everyone. He urged the pilgrims to fulfill their religious duties with sincerity, patience, and discipline, while also maintaining their health and solidarity, particularly during the Arafah standing (Wukuf).

"The Hajj is a call from Allah SWT. Not everyone gets this chance, so you are chosen. Use this opportunity with sincerity and patience," said Hanip Fahri.

Hanip Fahri also highlighted the commitment of the Deli Serdang government to provide excellent services for the pilgrims—ranging from guidance and training to supervision—ensuring that the pilgrimage will proceed safely, comfortably, and smoothly. The participants include 221 men and 341 women.

"We hope that the pilgrims from Deli Serdang will set an example of discipline, order, and good morals—both at the holy sites and upon their return home," he added.

Nurlela, the head of the Deli Serdang Hajj and Umrah Office, praised the support of all involved in organizing the event. She emphasized the importance of extending the Hajj training down to the village level, ensuring that prospective pilgrims understand and practice the rituals thoroughly.

"We hope that the knowledge gained from this training will not only be understood but also implemented and shared for greater benefit," said Nurlela.

Khairuddin, the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, shared that the regular and integrated Hajj training was held under the theme "Hajj Friendly for Seniors, People with Disabilities, and Women." This theme underscores the inclusive services provided to ensure all pilgrims can perform their duties safely, comfortably, and without difficulty.

All participants have fully paid the Hajj travel costs (BPIH) for 1447 H/2026 AD. The departure will occur in two groups: Kloter 10 and Kloter 15.
