The decision, which was previously announced in July 2026, was approved at Indosat's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
The RUPSLB not only approved the extension of Vikram Sinha's tenure but also decided on changes to the composition of the Company's Board of Commissioners. During the meeting, shareholders accepted and approved the resignation of Seppalga Ahmad from his position as a member of the Company's Board of Commissioners.Indosat expressed its appreciation and gratitude to Seppalga Ahmad for his contribution and dedicated service during his tenure as a member of the Board of Commissioners.
