ACEH TENGAH | INDATANEWS.COM ~ A family in Linge, Aceh Tengah, has experienced a moment of relief after a harrowing ordeal. Sixteen-year-old LI, who had been missing since April 15, 2026, was found safe on Saturday, April 18, around 11:00 AM by the Criminal Investigation Unit of Aceh Tengah Police.
After three anxious days, the young girl was safely reunited with her family, who had spent the past several days in deep concern. The family's fears were alleviated when LI was found in good condition, and the police quickly took action to investigate the case.Missing Teen Last Seen on April 15

Dramatic Discovery – LI Found with Suspect DRMFollowing intense investigations and witness interrogations, Aceh Tengah Police's criminal investigation team located 16-year-old LI along with a man identified as DRM, 27, from Aceh Utara. Both individuals were discovered in a remote area without resistance. The police immediately arrested both and took them to the Aceh Selatan Police Headquarters for further questioning.

The suspect, DRM, has been arrested and is undergoing intensive questioning. The case has been handed over to the Women and Children Protection (PPA) division of the Central Aceh Police to proceed with legal actions according to the applicable procedures.
"We will forward the case to the PPA division to ensure the legal process continues as per the regulations," added AKBP Muhamad Taufiq.The swift and decisive action by the police has once again demonstrated their commitment to maintaining public safety and order. The local community, previously alarmed by the incident, has expressed considerable relief following the resolution.
