The gathering was organized by the Torgamba Police Sector (Polsek Torgamba) at the police station hall in the early hours of Friday, June 11, 2026. The event took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, running safely and in an orderly manner with the participation of Forkopimca representatives, security personnel, media representatives, and members of the local community.
Polsek Torgamba initiated the program as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen relations between law enforcement authorities and the public through a global sporting event that draws worldwide attention.Representatives from various institutions also attended the event. Muhammad Haris represented the Head of Torgamba District, while Muhammad Asbi and Dian Efrianto represented the Indonesian Army's Koramil 11/KP Kota Pinang. Alongside police personnel and journalists, approximately 20 local residents also actively participated in the event.

AKP Sunipan Gurusinga emphasized the strategic importance of such initiatives in maintaining harmonious relations between the police and the public. According to him, emotional closeness helps build public trust in law enforcement institutions.
