Aceh Tengah Police Chief AKBP Muhamad Taufiq emphasized that routine patrols during critical hours are a preventive measure to suppress illegal racing and traffic-related disturbances.

"These patrols are intended to create a sense of security among the public and prevent potential disruptions to public order and road safety, especially during nighttime and early morning hours," he said.
