BATAM | INDATANEWS.COM – The Barelang Police, through its Community Development Unit (Satbinmas), has conducted an anti-bullying awareness campaign at Yehonala School in Batam. The initiative serves as a preventive measure to foster a strong character among students while instilling mutual respect within the school environment from an early age.
During the session, officers from Satbinmas provided students with a comprehensive explanation of bullying, including its various forms such as physical, verbal, and social abuse, as well as its harmful psychological and emotional impacts on victims. The material was delivered in an interactive and easy-to-understand manner to encourage active student participation.

The program was led by Head of Satbinmas Barelang Police, AKP Betty Novia, alongside her team, including Aiptu Indra Saputra as Acting Head of Bintibsos Unit and Bripka Chintya K. Wardani as Deputy Head of Bintibsos Sub-Unit.Authorities emphasized that early prevention plays a crucial role in creating a safe and supportive learning environment. The initiative aims to shape responsible behavior and strengthen social values among students in schools.
