BANDA ACEH | INDATANEWS.COM - The Aceh Provincial Government continues to accelerate the implementation of the Additional Regional Transfer Program (Tambahan Transfer ke Daerah/TKD) for the 2026 fiscal year. The program is aimed at supporting rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts in areas affected by hydrometeorological disasters. The regional government is optimizing various implementation stages to ensure the allocated funds deliver tangible benefits to communities as quickly as possible.
Aceh Regional Secretary M. Nasir stated that accelerating the implementation of the additional TKD program is a strategic move by the Aceh Government to speed up post-disaster recovery efforts. He made the statement on Sunday, July 19, 2026.The acceleration policy follows the directive of Indonesian Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian through Circular Letter Number 900.1.3/1084/SJ regarding adjustments to regional transfers in the 2026 State Budget (APBN) for disaster-affected regions in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra provinces.
Based on the progress summary as of July 16, 2026, 346 project packages or 45.2 percent have entered the physical implementation stage. The value of these projects reaches Rp337.29 billion, equivalent to 40.9 percent of the total available budget.
Positive progress has also been recorded in the procurement of goods and services. A total of 447 project packages or 58.4 percent, with a value of Rp570.92 billion or 69.2 percent of the total budget, have completed the contractor selection process.In addition, contracts have been signed for 379 project packages with a total contract value of Rp546.25 billion. With this development, the Aceh Government expects the progress of construction and restoration activities in affected areas to continue increasing in the near future.
Financial realization of the additional TKD program has reached Rp98.79 billion or 11.98 percent. The Aceh Government expects this figure to continue rising as the physical implementation of various projects in disaster-affected areas accelerates.The funds cover several priority sectors, including education with realization of Rp2.95 billion or 0.3 percent, infrastructure at Rp6.94 billion or 0.6 percent, agriculture at Rp1.91 billion or 0.2 percent, and other sectors totaling Rp15.53 billion or 1.3 percent.
Overall, additional TKD implementation at the Aceh provincial level currently stands at 3.1 percent, while districts and cities have recorded realization of 2.4 percent. The Aceh Government continues to accelerate the process alongside the completion of budget documents and ongoing procurement procedures.Nasir emphasized that the Aceh Government is conducting intensive monitoring and supervision of all responsible SKPA agencies. These measures are intended to ensure that all projects are implemented according to schedule, with quality standards, clear targets, and compliance with applicable regulations.
