LABUHANBATU SELATAN | INDATANEWS.COM - The Regent of Labuhanbatu Selatan, Fery Sahputra Simatupang, immediately visited the affected area in Labuhan Titi settlement, Kotapinang Subdistrict, to assess damage caused by strong wind gusts. During the visit, he also distributed emergency relief supplies to residents impacted by the disaster.

The rapid response highlights the local government's presence during crisis situations and its commitment to ensuring that affected communities are not left unsupported.

A field assessment revealed significant damage across several residential houses. Roofs were torn off, walls were damaged, and household belongings were destroyed after the extreme winds swept through the area in a matter of moments.

The on-site inspection was carried out to accelerate data collection and ensure that assistance is delivered accurately and efficiently.
