Deli Serdang Regent Calls for Stronger Cooperation with PPTSB

DELI SERDANG | INDATANEWS.COM ~ Deli Serdang regent, Asri Ludin Tambunan, called for stronger collaboration with the community organization PPTSB Medan Amplas during the inauguration ceremony of its new executive board for the 2026–2030 term. The event was held on Sunday (April 12, 2026) at Wisma Tamora Indah, Tanjung Morawa.

The newly appointed chairman, Ostel Sinaga, officially took office to lead the organization and strengthen its role in fostering social cohesion and community engagement.

Strengthening the Role of Community Organizations

In his remarks, the Regent emphasized that community-based organizations such as PPTSB play a vital role in building social solidarity and supporting regional development initiatives. He noted that many members of PPTSB Medan Amplas originally come from Deli Serdang, giving the organization strong potential to contribute to local progress.

"I hope PPTSB can become an organization that seriously collaborates with the Deli Serdang Government while also playing an active role in the development of our beloved region," Asri Ludin Tambunan stated.

The Regent further highlighted that strong synergy between civil society organizations and local government is essential to achieving sustainable development and improving public welfare.
