Halalbihalal is a uniquely Indonesian tradition of post-Ramadan gatherings in which people come together to seek and extend forgiveness after a month of fasting, typically held during Eid al-Fitr celebrations.

Regent Asri Ludin Tambunan emphasized that Halal-Bihalal plays a vital role in reinforcing solidarity among ASN and improving public sector performance. He described the event as an important space to foster unity and enhance government effectiveness.He also expressed appreciation to all attendees, including members of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), representatives of state-owned enterprises (BUMD), private sector partners, as well as religious and traditional leaders, including the Sultan of Serdang, Tuanku Akhmad Thala'a Syariful Alamsyah.
