LABUHANBATU SELATAN | INDATANEWS.COM – The Traffic Unit (Satlantas) of the Labuhanbatu Selatan Police carried out a public outreach initiative through the "Polantas Menyapa" program and a mobile counseling campaign (Penling) at a traditional market area. The activity aims to strengthen a humanistic and dialogue-based traffic culture among road users.
The program was conducted on Monday, May 25, 2026, at the Pajak Inpres area in Kotapinang Subdistrict, Labuhanbatu Selatan. The initiative primarily targeted motorcyclists and street vendors operating in the busy market environment.Traffic Education in a Busy Market Area

Riders were reminded to drive responsibly, wear SNI-certified helmets, and carry valid documents such as a driver's license (SIM) and vehicle registration (STNK) at all times.

Street vendors were also included in the outreach. They were advised not to set up stalls on the roadway, as this could obstruct traffic flow and endanger other road users.
