ACEH TENGAH | INDATANEWS.COM ~ The Aceh Tengah Police continue to strengthen community engagement through a humane and educational approach. On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at around 09.00 a.m. local time, the police hosted an educational visit for students of TK Swasta Buah Hati Takengon at the Aceh Tengah Police Headquarters.
Warm Educational Visit at Police Headquarters
The program was led by AKP Saudin Situmorang, S.Pd., Head of the Community and Society Relations Unit (Sat Binmas), representing Aceh Tengah Police Chief AKBP Muhamad Taufiq, S.I.K., M.H. Officers from Sat Binmas and the Traffic Unit (Sat Lantas) welcomed the children in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

During the activity, the children were introduced to the concept of the police as "friends of children." Officers explained in simple and engaging language the role of the police in maintaining public safety and order.

The Traffic Unit also delivered basic road safety education through interactive learning methods. Children were introduced to traffic signs and taught the importance of discipline on the road.
Various police equipment used in daily operations was also demonstrated. The students enthusiastically participated and showed strong curiosity throughout the session.

Character Building for Law-Abiding Generation
AKP Saudin Situmorang emphasized the importance of early character development, encouraging children to practice discipline, obey rules, and build positive behavior from a young age.
"Through this activity, we want children to understand that the police are their friends. Our goal is to shape a generation that is law-abiding and contributes positively to society," he said.
Meanwhile, Head of Public Relations of Aceh Tengah Police, Iptu Rasimin, added that the "Police as Friend of Children" program aims to build emotional connections between the police and the younger generation.
