ACEH TENGAH | INDATANEWS.COM ~ The Aceh Tengah Police (Polres Aceh Tengah) held a social outreach program titled "Jumat Berkah" on Friday, April 24, 2026, distributing food packages to residents as part of its ongoing commitment to community engagement and public service. The activity took place on Jalan Lebe Kader, right in front of the Aceh Tengah Police Headquarters (Mapolres Aceh Tengah).
Led by Aceh Tengah Police Chief AKBP Muhamad Taufiq, the initiative was carried out through the Head of the Community Guidance Unit (Binmas), AKP Saudin Situmorang, and the Head of the Intelligence Unit (Intelkam), Iptu Denny Dharmawan, along with other personnel.

As part of the program, officers prepared and distributed various meals, including green bean porridge, fried chicken, and assorted snacks. The food was shared with motorists, pedestrians, and local residents in need who were passing through the area.
The initiative transformed the police headquarters frontage into a hub of community interaction, reflecting a more human-centered approach by law enforcement in Aceh Tengah.

The activity also received strong support from community groups, including the Chairman of KNPI Aceh Tengah, Feriyanto, as well as representatives from youth and student organizations. They actively participated in the preparation process, from cooking to distributing meals to the public.
Their involvement highlighted a collaborative effort between law enforcement and civil society in strengthening social solidarity within the region.

Through the police spokesperson, IPTU Rasimin, AKBP Muhamad Taufiq emphasized that the "Jumat Berkah" program reflects the police's care for the community while also reinforcing communication between law enforcement and residents.
"Through this activity, the Aceh Tengah Police aim to get closer to the community. It is not only about distributing food, but also about building strong communication and delivering messages related to public safety and order," he stated.
