The meeting was conducted in a dialog-based format and attended by the head of the agency, Irsan I. Nasution, along with division heads and the Cakrawala team. He therefore called for stronger use of documentation technologies such as body-worn cameras, as well as the active publication of operational reports through social media platforms. This, he stressed, is not for self-promotion but to strengthen transparency and enable public feedback.
"The public response is becoming more visible. Citizens are actively reporting issues across the city. This shows that communication is working," he said.He also requested detailed data collection on illegal parking areas across Medan, including geographic mapping to support policy-making. In addition, the use of drones and CCTV systems should be expanded to enhance monitoring capabilities.

At the same time, he stressed that enforcement alone is not sufficient. The city, he said, must also provide alternative solutions, including the integration and training of informal parking workers into legal employment schemes in coordination with relevant agencies."We must not only take action but also provide solutions. That is what distinguishes good governance from bad governance," Rico stated.
