ACEH TAMIANG | INDATANEWS.COM ~ Aceh's Vice Governor, Fadlullah, accompanied Minister of Home Affairs, Tito Karnavian, during the opening ceremony of the third wave of the Disaster Recovery Task Force, comprising Praja IPDN cadets and Ministry of Home Affairs civil servants (ASN), on Saturday, April 4, 2026. The event took place at the public kitchen unit site managed by the Satgas in Aceh Tamiang.
The presence of Vice Governor Fadlullah alongside the minister and regional leadership (Forkopimda) highlights the strong synergy between central and regional governments to expedite the restoration of administrative functions and public services after the disaster.

In his speech, Fadlullah emphasized the provincial government's commitment to ensure that all recovery processes are thorough and targeted, particularly in sectors still requiring attention."The Aceh government is actively driving recovery efforts so that administration and public services can return to normal quickly," Fadlullah stated.

Out of 52 affected districts and cities across Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra, 38 areas have already returned to normal conditions. Aceh Tamiang continues to improve but still requires support in certain sectors.

The Vice Governor stressed the importance of optimal on-site operations, including enhanced coordination, rapid mud clearance, repair of drainage systems, and restoration of community access.
