NEW LEADERS INDUCTION: District Secretary Reza Pahlevi Nasution inducts dozens of school principals and Puskesmas heads to enhance education and healthcare services.

LABUHANBATU SELATAN | INDATANEWS.COM ~ On Friday, March 27, 2026, the District Secretary of Labuhanbatu Selatan, Reza Pahlevi Nasution, officially inducted dozens of school principals and heads of local community health centers (UPTD Puskesmas) in a ceremony aimed at strengthening education and healthcare services across the district.

Boosting Education and Healthcare Services

The induction followed the decree of the Mayor of Labuhanbatu Selatan No. 800.1.3.3/189/BKPSDM dated March 25, 2026. Reza Pahlevi emphasized that the initiative serves both organizational renewal and the improvement of public services.

"This role is a mandate of trust that must be carried out responsibly. I expect all appointed school principals and Puskesmas heads to act professionally, maintain public trust, and provide the highest level of service to our citizens," Reza Pahlevi stated.

He highlighted that school and health center leaders are at the forefront of public services, directly engaging with the community. They must demonstrate visionary, innovative, and compassionate leadership.

"School principals should enhance educational quality, promote students' character development, and foster close collaboration with teachers and parents," he added.

"Meanwhile, Puskesmas heads must ensure fast, friendly, and professional healthcare services while strengthening preventive programs in the community."

Appointed Officials and Key Positions

Among the newly inducted health officials are Dr. Elpina Sari Br Siregar, M.K.M., as head of UPTD Puskesmas Tanjung Medan; Gonggom Sianipar, SST, M.K.M., as head of UPTD Puskesmas Teluk Panji; and Hasmitun Aini Tambunan, SST, as head of UPTD Puskesmas Langgapayung.

Strategic positions in other Puskesmas were also filled by Dr. Ikhwan Roni Rahmad Daulay, Basariah Ritonga, S.Kep., Ners, Marta Kristina Sihombing, SKM, M.K.M., and Dr. Tety Heriani Hasibuan.

Newly appointed school principals include Sahruddin, S.Pd.I., Jarnida Siregar, S.Pd., Hasimah Hasibuan, S.Pd., Yamini, S.Pd., Nurlelasari Harahap, S.Pd., Suhermida Lumban Gaol, S.Pd., Juni Pitriyanti, S.Pd., among many others. These appointments aim to strengthen leadership in educational institutions and ensure the community receives optimal services.

Promoting Professionalism in Public Service

Reza Pahlevi emphasized that the appointments are also part of the implementation of Law No. 20 of 2023 on Civil Service (ASN), which promotes a performance-oriented, competency-based, and professional system.

He hopes the officials will honor the trust placed in them, use their positions as platforms to serve the public, and act as catalysts for positive change in Labuhanbatu Selatan.
