AKBP Aditya emphasized that the stable security situation during Ramadan and Idulfitri was the result of close coordination between the police, religious leaders, community figures, and the public.

"I would like to thank all residents of Labuhanbatu Selatan for their support, contributions, and cooperation in ensuring safety, order, and the smooth implementation of all activities during Ramadan and Idulfitri 1447 H/2026," he said on Wednesday (March 25, 2026).

Various religious and social activities—including Tarawih prayers, Quran recitations, "Sahur on the Road," and the distribution of takjil—were conducted peacefully and orderly. Collective Awareness Drives Public Safety

The police chief stressed that law enforcement alone is not sufficient to guarantee maximum security. Instead, active public participation remains essential.

"Security is not solely the responsibility of the police, but a shared duty. Public awareness in obeying rules and respecting others is the most important factor in maintaining stability," he noted.

He added that the spirit of togetherness and solidarity demonstrated during Ramadan serves as valuable social capital. Values such as unity, social care, and tolerance reflect the strong character of the Labuhanbatu Selatan community.

The celebrations also highlighted the strong emotional bond between the police and the community, seen through joint social initiatives, security arrangements at places of worship, and other collaborative efforts.
