Aceh Tengah Police Escort Free Nutritious Meal Distribution

ACEH TENGAH | INDATANEWS.COM - Personnel from the Satuan Samapta Unit of the Aceh Tengah Police (Polres Aceh Tengah) on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, escorted the distribution of free nutritious meals, known as Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG), from the SPPG kitchen of Polres Aceh Tengah to several participating schools.

The escort operation began at 8:00 a.m. WIB and involved four Satuan Samapta officers. The police personnel used two official trail motorcycles and two other police motorcycles to accompany the vehicles transporting the nutritious meals to the recipient schools.

The presence of the officers along the distribution route was intended to ensure that the entire transportation process was conducted safely, orderly and smoothly. In addition to escorting the delivery, the personnel monitored road conditions and took preventive measures against potential disruptions to public security and order along the route.

Escort Along the Route to Schools

As part of the operation, Satuan Samapta personnel escorted the MBG distribution to TK Bhayangkari and TK Budi Darma. The escort route passed through several areas in Lut Tawar District, including Dedalu, Kuteni Reje and Asir-Asir.

The police accompanied the delivery from the time the meals departed from the SPPG kitchen of Polres Aceh Tengah until they arrived at the respective recipient schools. The measure was intended to ensure the smooth transportation process while also ensuring that the meals reached the recipients in accordance with the established distribution schedule.

The escort also formed part of the police efforts to safeguard other road users. The officers not only monitored the distribution vehicles but also observed traffic conditions so that the journey could proceed without disrupting the activities of the surrounding community.

Aceh Tengah Police Chief AKBP Teguh Siswoyo, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., through Satuan Samapta Unit Chief Iptu Misbah, said that the officers' presence was a preventive measure to maintain security during the MBG distribution.

"The escort is a form of the Indonesian Police's presence to ensure that the distribution of MBG is carried out safely, orderly and smoothly until the meals are handed over to the recipient schools," he said.

Prevention Measures Along the Distribution Route

According to Iptu Misbah, the escort operation focused not only on the movement of vehicles carrying MBG meals. The officers were also prepared to prevent potential disturbances to public security and order along the entire distribution route.

These preventive measures were important to ensure that the delivery could proceed according to plan. The police also worked to maintain stable and secure conditions along the route so that no obstacles would arise that could disrupt the distribution process.

The four officers involved in the escort traveled on official two-wheeled vehicles. The motorcycles allowed the personnel to adjust their movements flexibly to road conditions while monitoring the situation at several points along the route.

The escort operation was conducted with a preventive approach. The officers were deployed to ensure an orderly distribution process while also providing a sense of security to the schools and communities located along the route.

Distribution Completed Safely and Smoothly

During the operation, security conditions and traffic flow were assessed as safe and smooth. The officers reported no obstacles or disruptions to public security and order during the distribution of MBG meals to the recipient schools.

The escort continued until the entire distribution process was completed. The presence of Satuan Samapta personnel ensured that the transportation process was carried out without significant problems and that the meals reached the designated schools.

The operation also demonstrated the involvement of Polres Aceh Tengah in supporting the Makan Bergizi Gratis program within its jurisdiction. Through on-site security and escort measures, the police are working to ensure that the school-focused program is implemented safely and orderly.

After the entire distribution process was completed, the officers ensured that conditions along the route remained stable. With no public security disturbances or traffic disruptions reported, the escort of the MBG distribution from the SPPG kitchen of Polres Aceh Tengah to TK Bhayangkari and TK Budi Darma was completed as planned.
