JAMBI | INDATANEWS.COM - The Jambi Regional Police (Polda Jambi) is paying special attention to the death of a police officer within the jurisdiction of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency (Tanjab Timur). The investigation is currently ongoing to uncover the facts and establish the complete chronology of the incident.
Jambi Police Chief Inspector General Krisno H. Siregar, through Head of Public Relations of Polda Jambi Police Commissioner Erlan Munaji, conveyed the deep condolences and sympathy of the Polda Jambi leadership over the incident. Police Commissioner Erlan Munaji stated that Polda Jambi is treating the case as a matter of priority. The investigation is still underway, involving the General Criminal Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimum) of Polda Jambi together with the Tanjung Jabung Timur Police.
According to him, the move was taken to ensure that every detail surrounding the incident can be fully revealed based on facts and evidence obtained during the investigation process."Polda Jambi will take firm action if the investigation finds any connection or involvement of police personnel in this case. However, we ask all parties to wait for the ongoing investigation process," he emphasized.
