LABUHANBATU SELATAN | INDATANEWS.COM – The regional leadership of Ikatan Pemuda Karya (IPK) in Labuhanbatu Selatan officially confirmed the management of the IPK Pimpinan Anak Cabang (PAC) in Kotapinang District on Friday, June 5, 2026. The handover of the official decree (Surat Keputusan/SK) took place at the IPK DPD Secretariat on Jalan Simaninggir, Kota Pinang.
The official SK handover marks a significant step in strengthening the IPK organizational structure down to the sub-district level. The move is part of a broader strategy to enhance internal consolidation and expand the organization's outreach within local communities.
With the confirmation of the new leadership, IPK aims to ensure more effective and targeted implementation of programs at the grassroots level.
New PAC Leadership Appointed in Kotapinang
The IPK DPD of Labuhanbatu Selatan appointed Roper Pane as Chairman of the IPK PAC Kotapinang for the current term. He is supported by M. Akbar Siagian as Secretary and Edi Surya Siregar as Treasurer.
The SK was officially handed over by the Chairperson of IPK DPD Labuhanbatu Selatan, Repol Mahdan Harahap, accompanied by Secretary Ferdiansyahputra Simamora and Treasurer M. Taufiq Anshari Siregar.
Youth Organization as a Driver of Social Development
In his remarks, Repol Mahdan Harahap emphasized the strategic role of the PAC as a direct link to the community. He stressed that the new structure should ensure organizational programs are effectively delivered to the grassroots level.
"The new leadership is expected to develop IPK further, maintain a positive presence, and be actively engaged in society," he stated.
He also underlined that IPK must continue to play an active role in social activities, community empowerment, and regional development.
Commitment to Collaboration and Engagement
The newly appointed PAC Chairman, Roper Pane, expressed gratitude for the trust placed in him and pledged to carry out his responsibilities with full dedication. He emphasized that the organization's direction would be strengthened and its programs implemented consistently.
"We will work closely with the community and local authorities," he said.
The new leadership also plans to intensify communication with all social and governmental stakeholders to achieve shared development goals.
Consolidation and Future Outlook
The SK handover is seen as an important moment in the internal consolidation of IPK in Labuhanbatu Selatan. With the new PAC leadership in Kotapinang, the organization aims to strengthen its presence at the community level and encourage greater youth participation in development processes.
