The recognitions include 29th place in the Fortune Indonesia 100 2026, the KESGI Award 2026 for the telecommunications sector, The Sraya Recognition in the "Future Forward" category for its Sisternet program, and Indonesia PR of the Year 2026.

The Fortune Indonesia 100 Gala 2026 was held in the third week of September 2026 at Hotel Mulia Senayan. The event was attended by C-level executives from various major companies in Indonesia.In addition to recognizing companies included in the Fortune Indonesia 100, the event also served as a forum for discussion and networking among industry leaders. Participants exchanged insights and strategies for addressing various business challenges in the future.

Meanwhile, at Sraya Nusa 2026, XLSMART received The Sraya Recognition in the "Future Forward" category for its women's empowerment initiative, Sisternet. Adelia Panjaitan, Head of Corporate CSR & Channel Strategy at XLSMART, accepted the award.The Sisternet program provides women with opportunities to strengthen their skills, expand their networks, and utilize technology for personal development, career advancement, leadership development, and economic opportunities.
As of September 2026, Sisternet had reached more than 1.6 million women. The program supports them through training, digital skills development, mentoring, and access to an ecosystem designed to promote women's empowerment and independence.Merza Fachys received the award as Spokesperson for the telecommunications and utilities sector. Henry Wijayanto was recognized as Senior PR Practitioner for the telecommunications and utilities sector, while Estalla Maria was honored as Junior PR Practitioner for the same sector.
The "Journalist Choice" category was based on a survey of journalists covering the business sector. The journalists selected PR professionals whom they considered to have demonstrated outstanding performance in media relations.These recognitions complement the other three awards XLSMART received in 2026.
