SAFARI SUBUH “RABU BERKAH”: The event at Al Amin Mosque in Nunang Antara Village became a meeting point for strengthening synergy between police, religious leaders, and the community in Central Aceh to maintain public security.

ACEH TENGAH | INDATANEWS.COM- The spirit of community engagement, social solidarity, and the reinforcement of local security once again took center stage during the "Safari Subuh Rabu Berkah" program held at Al Amin Mosque in Nunang Antara Village, Bebesen District, Central Aceh Regency, on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 05.00 a.m. WIB.

The religious gathering, rooted in the spirit of mutual connection, served as a collaborative platform involving the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Takengon, the Indonesian Mosque Council (DMI) of Central Aceh, and the Central Aceh Police (Polres Aceh Tengah). The Subuh Safari activity not only focused on congregational prayer but also functioned as a space to enhance communication between law enforcement, religious leaders, and the community in maintaining public order and security stability in the region.

Strong Presence of Regional Leadership

A number of key regional figures attended the event, including the Deputy Regent of Central Aceh, Deputy Chief of Police (Wakapolres) Kompol Samsir, S.H., the Head of the Central Aceh District Prosecutor's Office (Kajari), the Rector of IAIN Takengon, the Chairman of DMI Central Aceh, the Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Central Aceh, the Chairman of the MPU Central Aceh, as well as senior police officials and other members of the police force.

Their presence highlighted the strong cross-sectoral collaboration aimed at fostering social harmony and community resilience in the region.

The Chief of Central Aceh Police, AKBP Muhammad Taufiq, S.I.K., M.H., represented by the Head of Bebesen Police Sector, AKP Dasril, S.A.B., emphasized that the Safari Subuh program is an important initiative to strengthen the relationship between the police and the public through a religious approach. According to him, the presence of police officers in religious activities symbolizes closeness and reflects a humane policing approach.

Silaturahmi as a Pillar of Social Cohesion

In his remarks regarding public order and security (kamtibmas), AKP Dasril stressed the importance of maintaining relationships and harmonious communication among citizens. Strong social ties, he said, form the foundation of unity, tolerance, and a peaceful and secure environment.

He further underlined that a stable social condition can only be achieved through active community participation. Residents, therefore, were encouraged to strengthen solidarity and foster mutual care in daily life.

Parents as the First Line of Protection for Youth

AKP Dasril also highlighted the crucial role of families in shaping the character of the younger generation. Parents, he said, bear primary responsibility in supervising their children's social interactions, particularly in the use of mobile phones and digital media.

"The family is the first line of protection in shaping the character of the younger generation. Proper supervision and communication between parents and children are essential to protect them from negative influences," he stated.

He added that the rapid development of technology must be accompanied by responsible oversight to prevent adverse impacts on children and adolescents.

Road Safety as a Shared Responsibility

In addition to social and family-related issues, AKP Dasril also emphasized the importance of discipline in traffic. The public was urged to comply with road safety regulations, including the use of SNI-certified helmets, seat belts, prohibition of mobile phone use while driving, and carrying complete vehicle documents.

He noted that road safety is not only a legal obligation but also a moral responsibility to protect all road users.

Police–Community Partnership Strengthened

The "Safari Subuh Rabu Berkah" event marked an important moment in strengthening the partnership between the police and the community. Through this religiously inspired and community-oriented program, a closer emotional bond between security forces and citizens is expected to be fostered.

The Central Aceh Police reaffirmed its commitment to delivering humane policing services and maintaining a safe social environment. The synergy created through such initiatives is expected to contribute to the sustained stability of public security (kamtibmas) in Central Aceh Regency. (IDNC)
