MEDAN | INDATANEWS.COM ~ The North Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office has partnered with PT.PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Penyaluran and Pengaturan Beban Sumatera Utara to strengthen coordination in handling civil and administrative law matters. The signing ceremony took place on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the Aula Cipta Kerta, 3rd Floor, North Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office, Jalan Jenderal Besar AH Nasution, Medan.
Agreement Signing CeremonyThe cooperation agreement was signed by Harli Siregar, Head of the North Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office, and Amiruddin, General Manager of PT.PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Penyaluran and Pengaturan Beban Sumatera Utara. Also present were Deputy Head Abdullah Noer Denny, Assistant for Civil and Administrative Affairs Nur Handayani, and other senior officials from the Prosecutor's Office.

"The Prosecutor's Office is a government institution that exercises state authority in prosecution and other powers based on the law. These powers allow us to act both inside and outside the courts on behalf of the state or government," said Harli Siregar.
He added that the agreement serves as a guideline for coordination and synergy between the two institutions while maximizing benefits for government agencies, particularly PT.PLN (Persero) UIP3BS.PLN Supports Legal and Operational Efficiency
