LUBUK PAKAM | INDATANEWS.COM - The Regent of Deli Serdang, Asri Ludin Tambunan, officially appointed a total of 29 administrative officials, functional officers, and school principals within the Deli Serdang Regency Government. The inauguration ceremony was held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the Cendana Hall, first floor of the Deli Serdang Regent Office.
The ceremony was opened by the Head of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), M. Yusuf, who read out the Regent's official decrees.Multiple Administrative Positions Reshuffled

Mehamat Arif Fianta was appointed as Supervisory Expert for Cooperatives at the Dinas Koperasi and UKM, while Liza Widyawati Saragih was assigned as Health Promotion Specialist at the UPT Puskesmas Mulyorejo in Sunggal District.

In his remarks, Regent Asri Ludin Tambunan stressed that performance evaluation is the main basis for the current rotation of officials.
"Today I am fulfilling my promise. Those who show no performance within six months will be rotated. School principals who fail to deliver improvements will also be reassigned," he stated.He further emphasized that the region requires officials with strong integrity, commitment, and a high level of performance.

"There is no place for those who misuse education funds for personal gain," he said.He further reminded all officials to align their programs with the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) 2025–2030 to improve public services and education quality.
