MEDAN | INDATANEWS.COM – Chairman of the Regional Leadership Council (MPW) of Pemuda Pancasila North Sumatra, Musa Rajekshah, praised the strong participation of the organization's cadres in the Eid al-Adha 1447 H/2026 sacrificial program. This year, the number of sacrificial animals donated increased significantly to a total of 17 cows.
The main qurban activities were held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at the Al-Mussannif Mosque complex in Cemara Asri Housing Estate, Medan. Additional slaughtering activities continued on Thursday, May 28, 2026, in Aceh Tamiang Regency."Alhamdulillah, the number of sacrificial animals has increased to 17 cows this year. Nine cows were slaughtered at Al-Mussannif Mosque, while eight others were distributed in Aceh Tamiang," said Musa Rajekshah, widely known as Ijeck.

Eid al-Adha Reflects Social Solidarity
Ijeck emphasized that Eid al-Adha is not only a religious obligation but also a reflection of social responsibility toward communities in need.The organizing committee distributed the qurban meat to donors, orphanages, Islamic boarding schools, Tahfiz Al-Qur'an centers, and residents affected by flooding in Aceh Tamiang.

In addition, the qurban meat was distributed to residents in four flood-affected villages: Batang Ara, Blang Kandis, Tanjung Gelumpang, and Lubuk Sidup.

Of the 17 cows sacrificed, 10 were donated individually, while the remaining seven were contributed through group donations.
The slaughtering process in Aceh Tamiang was conducted in Kuala Simpang before the committee directly distributed the meat to designated recipient villages.Growing Spirit of Togetherness
