MEDAN | INDATANEWS.COM - The Chairman of the Regional Leadership Council (MPW) of Pemuda Pancasila North Sumatra, Musa Rajekshah, has called on all cadres of the Student and Youth Organization (Sapma) of Pemuda Pancasila North Sumatra to stay away from drug abuse and all forms of criminal activity that could endanger the future of the younger generation.
Musa Rajekshah, widely known as Ijeck, delivered the message during the 3rd Regional Conference (Muswil III) of Sapma Pemuda Pancasila North Sumatra, held at Hotel Le Polonia Medan on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.On the occasion, Ijeck encouraged all Sapma-PP cadres to use the organization as a platform for character building, strengthening integrity, and developing responsible leadership skills. He emphasized that youth organizations play an important role in producing a generation capable of making positive contributions to the nation and society.
"I always remind Pemuda Pancasila cadres, including all organizations and wings under it, that anyone involved in drugs must be dismissed. There are no excuses. Drugs are not only the enemy of law enforcement agencies, but the entire community must take part in combating them," Ijeck said before Sapma-PP cadres.In his speech, Ijeck also congratulated Muhammad Firman Shah, who once again received the mandate to lead Sapma Pemuda Pancasila North Sumatra for the 2026–2030 term.
According to Ijeck, the position of organizational leader carries a major responsibility that must be carried out by setting a good example for all members. He expressed hope that Firman Shah's leadership would further advance Sapma PP North Sumatra and provide greater benefits for its cadres."Brother Firman, congratulations on once again leading Sapma PP North Sumatra. Remember that this is a responsibility. A chairman must become a role model for everyone. This organization is a laboratory, and Sapma is a place where you can develop yourself, build networks, and expand friendships across North Sumatra and throughout Indonesia," Ijeck said.
Ijeck views Sapma Pemuda Pancasila as an educational platform for young people to expand their networks, improve leadership capabilities, and build wider social connections.He also hopes Sapma-PP cadres in North Sumatra can become young people with strong integrity in their social, national, and civic lives.
"Now you are part of Sapma Pemuda Pancasila. Youth have an important role. Integrity cannot simply be spoken about. It must be reflected in daily actions and cannot be artificial. Not only within the organization but also in everyday life. When we uphold integrity, act honestly, and take responsibility in carrying out our duties, we do so not merely because we fear people, but because we have devotion to the Creator, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, the Almighty God," Ijeck emphasized.
Furthermore, Ijeck reminded cadres to be prepared to face challenges in an increasingly competitive era. He urged the younger generation to recognize available opportunities while maintaining values such as honesty and responsibility.
In his view, success cannot be achieved by justifying every possible method. Cadres must understand the difference between fighting for their rights and fulfilling their obligations to society."For the greatness of this organization and also for our future livelihoods, I want to remind you once again that life in the future will become increasingly challenging. Competition will also become tougher. Therefore, from now on, you must recognize opportunities, but that does not mean justifying every path. Understand which rights need to be defended and fight for them. At the same time, you must know which responsibilities need to be fulfilled," he explained.
Ijeck added that Sapma-PP cadres must prepare themselves by improving their abilities, maintaining moral values, and building strong character in order to survive amid changing times.According to him, youth organizations are not merely places for gathering but also institutions for developing personalities equipped with skills and social responsibility.
He urged cadres to advise friends or people around them who may be involved in criminal activities, so they do not continue down the wrong path.
"Today, there are Begal cases happening everywhere. We must not be involved in them. If there are friends involved, give them advice. If we do not want this to happen to ourselves or our families, then we must not do the same thing to others," said the Chairman of MPW Pemuda Pancasila North Sumatra.Ijeck hopes this message will serve as a reminder for all Sapma Pemuda Pancasila cadres in North Sumatra to preserve the organization's good name and make positive contributions to society.
