DELI SERDANG | INDATANEWS.COM - Warmth, fellowship and a spirit of service marked the celebration of the 31st anniversary of Mamre GBKP Runggun Pancur Batu Kota at Jambur Taras 212 in Pancur Batu District on Sunday evening, August 30, 2026. The celebration was not merely an occasion to commemorate the 31-year journey of the GBKP men's organization, but also an important moment to strengthen bonds and further expand its commitment to serving the church and society.
Deputy Regent of Deli Serdang, Lom Lom Suwondo SS, attended the celebration and commended the management of Mamre GBKP Runggun Pancur Batu Kota and the organizing committee for successfully staging the event. He said the 31st anniversary provided an opportunity for members of the extended GBKP Runggun Pancur Batu Kota family to deepen their relationships and further strengthen their sense of community."It is a great honor for me to directly experience the warmth and fellowship that have grown within the extended family of GBKP Runggun Pancur Batu Kota," he said.
Lom Lom said Mamre GBKP Runggun Pancur Batu Kota's 31-year journey demonstrated the organization's consistency in carrying out its responsibilities to the church and society. Mamre plays an important role not only in strengthening faith and spirituality, but also in building community and social responsibility.
In his view, men hold an important position in building strong families and social environments. Lom Lom also congratulated the entire management and membership of Mamre GBKP Runggun Pancur Batu Kota on its 31st anniversary. Cicon explained that "Mahan Bujur" is also a reflection of faith on the various blessings Mamre has received throughout its service. The theme is also intended to encourage all members to continue improving the quality of their service in the future.

Among the officials and public figures in attendance were Chairman of the North Sumatra DPD of Pemuda Karya Nasional, Edi Suranta Gurusinga; Chairman of the North Sumatra DPD of Grib Jaya, Samsul Tarigan; Head of the Deli Serdang Regency Industry and Trade Office, Hesron T Girsang; Head of the Food Security Office, Anggiat P Sipayung; representatives of the Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Encryption Office; and Pancur Batu District Head Feri Sepnanda Ginting.Also present were members of the Mamre Klasis Pancur Batu management, community figures and GBKP members from various Runggun, contributing to the festive atmosphere. The participation of various community groups demonstrated support for Mamre's continued presence as an important part of church and social life.
