He noted that Universitas Almuslim has demonstrated a strong commitment to building a sustainable and healthy leadership ecosystem within its student governance structure.

Nasir also challenged the common perception that involvement in student organizations negatively affects academic achievement.
"Several studies even show the opposite. A study involving students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Indonesia, with 120 respondents from the 2020–2023 cohorts published on economica.id, supports this finding," he said. The study indicated that active participation in student organizations has no significant negative impact on students' Grade Point Average (GPA). On the contrary, most active students were found to maintain a GPA above 3.5.

Nasir further described student organizations as a "Kawah Candradimuka"—a formative training ground for future national leaders.
He pointed out that many prominent Indonesian political figures and government ministers began their leadership journeys through student movements and campus organizations that shaped their character during their university years. The ceremony was held in a formal and festive atmosphere, attended by various distinguished guests, including Universitas Almuslim Rector Dr. Marwan, Chairman of the Almuslim Foundation Rusyidi Mukhtar, academic staff, and representatives from the Bireuen Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda).
