BANDA ACEH | INDATANEWS.COM - The Secretary of the Aceh Provincial Government, Muhammad Nasir, has urged all structural officials within the Aceh Provincial Secretariat (Setda Aceh) to further strengthen discipline, communication, coordination, and teamwork in carrying out their governmental duties.
Nasir made the call on Tuesday morning, July 28, 2026, during a leadership meeting with structural officials of Setda Aceh. He emphasized that unity and synergy among administrative personnel are key factors in ensuring the successful implementation of the government programs of Aceh Governor Muzakir Manaf and Deputy Governor Fadhlullah.Nasir explained that the success of government programs does not solely depend on established policies, but also on the ability of administrative officials to build stable cooperation and perform their responsibilities professionally.
"Implement discipline, communication, coordination, and cooperation so that a strong team can be created to successfully support the administration of the Aceh Governor and Deputy Governor," Nasir said.According to him, structural officials play a strategic role in ensuring smooth administrative governance. Therefore, every employee must demonstrate responsibility, discipline, and commitment in supporting various government programs and priorities in Aceh.
He also reminded that State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Aceh Provincial Secretariat must serve as role models for all ASN members across Aceh Provincial Government Work Units (SKPA). As the center of administrative coordination in Aceh, Setda Aceh carries the responsibility of setting professional, integrity-based, and public-service-oriented work standards."ASN at the Aceh Provincial Secretariat must be able to become examples for ASN in all SKPA," Nasir said.
He stated that the initiative is part of efforts to strengthen Islamic values within the working environment of the Aceh government.
Furthermore, Nasir encouraged all Setda Aceh employees to use the Acehnese language every Thursday. He viewed this initiative as an important step to preserve and maintain Acehnese culture amid increasing global developments.He expressed hope that the implementation of religious and cultural values would help create administrative personnel who not only possess professional capabilities but also have a strong awareness of regional identity and values.
He emphasized that Setda Aceh holds an important position as the center of government coordination. Therefore, all employees must be able to work professionally, responsively, and responsibly.
By strengthening discipline, communication, coordination, and cooperation, Muhammad Nasir believes that employees of the Aceh Provincial Secretariat can provide their maximum contribution toward achieving better governance.These efforts are part of the Aceh Government's commitment to building a strong, efficient, and high-performing bureaucracy that supports the implementation of priority programs under the leadership of Aceh Governor Muzakir Manaf and Deputy Governor Fadhlullah.
