Indosat plans to offer the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max as part of the IM3 Platinum Plus bundle from Friday, 16 October 2026. Orders can be placed through official retail partners, including Digimap, iBox, Hello Store and Blibli.com.
With IM3 Platinum Plus, customers receive a total of 175 GB of data per month. This comprises 100 GB of standard data, 50 GB for use on the 5G network and 25 GB for the eSIM. The allocation allows users to distribute their internet usage according to their individual needs, from everyday digital activities to taking advantage of the high data speeds offered by 5G.
As part of the bundle programme, Indosat also offers monthly instalments starting at Rp499,000. Customers wishing to replace their existing devices can participate in a trade-in programme through official retail partners. The package also includes a special price of Rp18,000 for Apple's 20-watt charger, alongside discounts on the Platinum Plus package.
For payment, customers can choose a plan under which they pay for an IM3 Platinum subscription for 12 months, despite the subscription having a total term of 24 months. Indosat also offers interest-free instalment plans through selected payment partners.
These offers provide additional options for customers who want to use the latest iPhone while gaining access to premium mobile services. Beyond data allowances and device offers, IM3 Platinum Plus includes what the company calls the Platinum Experience. This features Platinum Network, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based network service. It uses Indosat's 5G network and provides priority access to the Indosat network to support reliable connectivity across a range of activities.
However, network availability and connection quality still depend on coverage, local network conditions and device compatibility. Customers are therefore advised to check 5G coverage in their area before choosing a suitable package.
IM3 Platinum Plus also includes roaming services in 20 countries. When travelling to Malaysia and Singapore, customers can automatically use their regular data allowance, subject to the applicable plan conditions. For the other 18 countries, a dedicated data allowance is available to support communication and internet access while abroad.
Destinations covered by the offer include Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Australia and the United States. The package is particularly aimed at customers who regularly travel overseas for business or leisure, or work across borders and need reliable internet access without relying exclusively on local Wi-Fi networks.
