The closing ceremony was personally led by Harli Siregar, Head of the North Sumatra Prosecutor's Office, with numerous sports and political figures in attendance, including Rahmatsyah, Chairman of the Federasi Olahraga Karate-Do Indonesia (FORKI) North Sumatra, and other regional sports officials.
