ACEH TENGAH | INDATANEWS.COM – The Aceh Tengah Police (Polres Aceh Tengah) conducted a troop deployment parade on Tuesday afternoon, May 26, 2026, to prepare comprehensive security measures for the Takbiran night and Eid al-Adha prayers (1447 Hijriah/2026). The event was held at the police headquarters compound and marked the beginning of an integrated security operation to ensure safe and orderly religious celebrations across Aceh Tengah.
The ceremony was led by Aceh Tengah Police Chief AKBP Muhammad Taufiq, who served as the inspection commander. Operational Chief AKP Hendra Gunawan Tanjung, S.H. acted as the ceremony officer, while Ipda Heri Lahat was appointed as parade commander.Also in attendance were Deputy Police Chief Kompol Samsir, senior officials of Polres Aceh Tengah, representatives of Subdenpom IM/1-5 Aceh Tengah Military Police, unit leaders, police sector commanders, as well as personnel from the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), Indonesian National Police (Polri), and the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) Aceh Tengah.

In his address, AKBP Muhammad Taufiq expressed appreciation to all security personnel and partner institutions for their readiness in securing the upcoming celebrations.

Preventive Measures Against Disturbances

He stressed that preventive and dialogue-based approaches should be prioritized to minimize conflict and public complaints.
The security operation involves multiple units, including the Aceh Tengah Police operational company, Subdenpom IM/1-5 Aceh Tengah, Kodim 0106/Aceh Tengah, Sat Samapta, Satlantas, local police sectors, Sat Intelkam, Satreskrim, Satresnarkoba, and Satpol PP Aceh Tengah.Authorities hope the Eid al-Adha 1447 H celebrations will take place safely, orderly, and in a peaceful atmosphere for the community.
