ACEH TENGAH | INDATANEWS.COM - The Aceh Tengah Police have distributed social assistance in the form of food packages and financial support to underprivileged residents of Kampung Gemboyah, Linge District, as part of the "Jumat Berkah" (Blessed Friday) program. The aid distribution took place on Friday, July 31, 2026, reflecting the commitment of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) to supporting the community and strengthening the partnership between police officers and residents.
The distribution of assistance began at 10:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time) at the Kampung Gemboyah village office compound. Aceh Tengah Police Chief AKBP Muhamad Taufiq, S.I.K., M.H., led the activity and was represented by the Head of the Logistics Division of Aceh Tengah Police, AKP Akup Gaja.The social activity was attended by several senior officers from the Aceh Tengah Police, personnel from the Aceh Tengah Police and Linge Police Station, representatives of the Kampung Gemboyah village administration, as well as residents receiving the assistance. The presence of police personnel demonstrated the institution's ongoing efforts to remain close to the community and provide direct support through social initiatives.
During the activity, the Aceh Tengah Police distributed aid packages to 50 underprivileged families (KK). Each recipient received a food package along with financial assistance as a form of attention and social responsibility toward the community.
The assistance is expected to help meet the daily needs of residents, particularly those requiring additional support. Beyond providing direct aid, the program also serves as a means to improve communication and strengthen the relationship between police officers and the public.The "Jumat Berkah" program is one of the Aceh Tengah Police's routine social activities aimed at strengthening the presence of Polri within society. Through this initiative, the police not only carry out their duties in maintaining security and public order but also actively participate in social efforts that benefit the community.
The Aceh Tengah Police hope that such social activities will continue to foster a spirit of togetherness, mutual support, and cooperation between Polri and residents in order to maintain a safe and stable public order situation (Kamtibmas) in the region.
The attention provided by the Aceh Tengah Police received a positive response from residents of Kampung Gemboyah. Reje Kampung Gemboyah, represented by Deputy Chairman of Rakyat Genap Mupakat, Adi, expressed his gratitude for the assistance provided to the community.
Adi said the support would hopefully bring benefits to the recipients and become a source of blessings for the Aceh Tengah Police Chief and all police personnel who have shown concern for the residents of Kampung Gemboyah."We thank the Aceh Tengah Police for the assistance provided to the residents of Kampung Gemboyah. We hope this support will be beneficial for our community and that the police chief and all members of the police will always receive the blessings and mercy of Allah SWT," Adi said.
